Berenice has had extensive experience in the field of youth and family ministry, and has worked as an assistant director and director of educational centers. We are happy to have her now as the next director of this great academy.

Berenice García was born in León, Guanajuato,  Mexico. She lived in the city of Querétaro since she was 9 years old. After finishing high school at Tec de Monterrey, she consecrated her life to God in Regnum Christi. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and Development from the Anahuac University of Mexico, as well as another degree in Religious Sciences from the Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and just graduated with an MBA at IPADE Business School.

Her apostolic journey consists of 12 years in Mexico City where the first 8 were as director of youth section and 4 as principal of Instituto Rosedal Mexico.

The past 4 years she has worked in the city of Monterrey, where she was assistant director of the CECVAC school for one year, and the last 3 in the Irish Institute.

Beginning August 2019, Berenice will be general director of Overbook Academy.
